SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most products are shipped within two weeks from order, however some orders may take longer. In-stock parts and accessories will be normally shipped out within 48 hours from order. If you are in need of a specific product, do not assume it is an "in stock" item. Please contact us for an estimated ship time. ALL POSTED SHIP TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE.
AGP Arms, Inc. uses UPS and USPS as our shipping options. All orders are shipped for delivery within the continental United States, and all packages are insured for retail value. Rush delivery is available if you want to pay for it.
Upon receipt of your package, make certain to inspect for any damage or missing items. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to AGP Arms, Inc. in writing within 48 hours via email at sales@agparms.com. Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, newspaper, foam or any other material used until the claim has been rectified. Many times, the shipping company will need to inspect the package, so keep this in mind. If you fail to notify us within the given policy period, there is nothing AGP Arms, Inc. can do to fix your problem. We will always do our best to take care of any mishaps that may occur during the delivery of your prized products; however we require your help to do so.

SHIPPING A FIREARM
Firearms are only shipped to Federal Firearms License holders within the US. If you purchase a firearm from us, you will need to include your local FFL information in the checkout comments box, and you will need to have a copy of the FFL license emailed to sales@agparms.com.

NFA RULES
Our website mentions products considered NFA items that may require a tax stamp to be legal for civilian possession. These are such items but not limited to suppressors, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, AOWs, are typically only legal for federal or local Law Enforcement unless one possesses a tax stamp. Tax stamps are provided through the BATF&E and require an application process and wait time. AGP Arms, Inc is not responsible for items purchased and not properly registered. Please consult your local Class 3 or SOT dealer for more information on obtaining tax stamps. There is also plenty of documentation online to help you apply for different tax stamps. Some items are legal to possess but cannot be affixed to your weapon until the tax stamp is obtained.

ORDER & RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. It is solely up to AGP whether a purchased good falls under the return policy. If you feel the need to return a product to AGP, you will be charged at least a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns after 15 DAYS from original shipping date. You must get an authorized RMA number from AGP before sending the product back for return. All products being returned to AGP must be packaged well, unused, and include all parts that were shipped in the original order. Canceled orders are also subject to a 20% fee. Credits may take up to TEN business days to post to your statement. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If your credit card has been charged by AGP Arms, Inc., your order is considered official and you will be subject to fees if you decide to cancel your order even if the order is in process and has not shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Limited Warranty
AGP Arms, Inc. warrants that its parts and accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for use under AGP Arms, Inc. recommended loads, usage, conditions, and competent supervision and maintenance for a period of 30 days (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer) from date of sale, regardless of when the goods are first used. This warranty does not apply to any goods subjected to any use for which the goods were not designed, or for any defect caused partially or wholly by any negligence, recklessness, or accident after the sale. There are no implied or express warranties which extend beyond the limited warranty.
AGP Arms, Inc. is not responsible for any subsequent damages upon person or persons, or real property, by the use or misuse of our products.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ARE NOT CONTAINED HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE DISCLAIMED.
Exclusive Remedy
AGP Arms, Inc. sole and only obligation, indirect or otherwise, to the buyer or any end-user (customer) of our goods is expressly limited to replacement or repair, at the option of AGP Arms, Inc. at its facility of any goods returned to it with all transportation charges to and from AGP prepaid by the customer.
Upon the occurrence of any event which the customer believes obligates AGP Arms, Inc. to repair or replace any goods, the customer must immediately notify AGP Arms, Inc., in writing, so it can perform a warranty determination. After receipt of the parts or components involved, AGP Arms, Inc. will perform a warranty determination to determine if the above warranty applies and notify the customer, in writing, within a reasonable time after the warranty determination has been made.
In no event shall AGP Arms, Inc. be liable for any damages or delays of whatsoever kind caused by strikes, acts of God, accidents, or other events or causes which are unavoidable or beyond AGP's control.
