AGP Arms Lightweight Folding Brace Kit With Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1 Designed for CZ Scorpion Evo 3
AGP Arms has now released a lightweight folding brace kit for the CZ Scorpion Evo 3 with 100% USA made components. The brace kit features an anodized billet aluminum hinge section that snaps to the back of your pistol. The rear section incorporates the AGP push-button right side folding latch, and a tube at 1.162" outer diameter and a standard QD socket with Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod 1. The Mod 1 from Gear Head Works is a billet CNC hinged brace for comfort around your forearm.

CZ Evo Scorpion folding Brace
Unfortunately this brace had fitment issues and it was too hard to install without modifying the mating plate given it was to tight to get onto the receiver without damaging the firearm. Fortunately my local range was kind enough to grind down the area giving the most trouble and got it on. Otherwise it is a great unit and well built.

I've used the Gear Head Mod 1 on other applications over the years. This setup that AGP released specifically for the Scorpion combining with the Mod 1 was great. I put two layers of electrical tape underneath the Mod 1, and it tightened up perfectly. Highly recommend

CZ Scorpion
Good product, only problem is the tailhook had to be glued to the stock arm as it would not tighten down correctly without moving, the arm diameter needs to be slightly larger, but overall good product.

I ordered the Folding arm brace for my CZ Scorpion EVO 3 and it is absolutely great. Exactly what I wanted to complete my setup.
