AGP Arms Modular Folding Brace Kit Designed for 22 Charger™ Takedown
AGP Arms has entered the Pistol Brace world with their side folding kit for the Charger™ 22 Takedown. The kit begins with the familiar AGP Arms pistol grip Gen 2 stock and handguard teamed up with a new billet folding adapter. This 6061 billet adapter incorporates a mount for the Takedown barrel and threaded for the AR style pistol tube 1-3/16-16 threads. The adapter is a push button latch and folds to the right side. AGP's rear tube is designed to fit 1" or less diameter suppressors inside of it.
The Brace Kit comes standard with the pistol grip Gen 2 stock, handguard with 2 Picatinny rail attachments, and the billet aluminum folding adapter.
Optional Rear Tube: AGP's tube is inexpensive and it's concentric. 1.250" OD x 6.50" Long and will fit your 1" suppressor. Many of the AR pistol tubes will not.
Select all the options from us, it will save you a headache shopping around, and frankly this is a really nice piece. Option it out with some really nice components. This is truly the most compact .22 LR setup that fits in any small bag or tactical gear.
Handguard Size Option: The options include standard tapered barrel that comes on most 22 Charger Takedowns, or for the new Charger LITE with the .920 OD barrel.
Add Suppressor Plug: This is the 1/2-28 plug that holds your suppressor and allows it to slide into the rear tube area made from billet 6061 and anodized black. When using a concentric rear tube, this allows you to fit any 1.00" or less suppressor. Keep all your components all wrapped up nicely in our package.
-------------------------
The following list of suppressors fit in our tube setup. We are certain there are more that will fit, please let us know if you have confirmation of another suppressor that fits. Our tubes measure 1.00” so anything smaller than that dimension will fit. Likewise, anything larger than 1.00” will NOT fit. Suppressors measuring 1.06” or larger do NOT fit.

Charger stock
I really wanted to give 5 stars but the butt stock is terrible. It wont hold a position when pushed from the rear. Pretty normal need. Also this may be my mistake but the butt does not work with your front barrel forearm. Not wide enough and the tail wont close. Also the portion that hold the barrel end way too tight. I had to dremel out. Lastly, the supressor holder is far too small for even a Ruger SR22, one of the smallest on the market.

charger takedown stock
WOULD BE BETTER WITH QD ATTACHMENT ON REAR OF STOCK FOR SLING.

Great Product
Great Product, love the ergonomics especially when the brace is rested against my forearm :) Seriously guys, this is the nicest setup for a Charger, and the storage for the quiet mod is well thought out. I keep telling everyone they need one. To the guy that doesn't like the grip size, I've seen some rubber pistol grip slip overs that should work on this to give you a fatter grip. No need to be so mad!

Not Satisfied...
I purchased and received a new chassis for the 22 Charger Takedown Lite. I was excited about some of the features. Upon opening my box and grabbing the pistol grip I was very disappointed. The grip on this chassis is much smaller than the original grip installed on the 22 Charger. And you can't change out grips. Im overall not pleased. Haven't even looked at it again, let alone installed it. Only reason I still have it is because the company doesn't do returns.

Charger takedown stock
The quality seems decent but the main screw that is under the barrel can not be tightened all the way or else the takedown barrel won't lock when assembling. Everything seems to work fine with it not screwed down all the way but we'll see if it works itself looser. Other than that I'm very happy with the product.

22 to go
I recently bought the AGP Arms folding chassis for my Ruger 10/22 Charger Takedow. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Initially, my order was missing the suppressor plug so I contacted Customer Support and Chandra, took care of me with the quickness! She got the plug in the mail post haste! Great product, great customer service! Now my little 22 is ready to go with me anywhere!

AGP folding brace for takedown charger
Overall very happy with this stock. I purchased the stock for a ruger charger takedown model with a gearheadworks mod 1 brace. Overall very solid construction and locks up very tight. Only complaint is that the pistol grip is not very comfortable. I think it should be compatible with AR style grips but it cannot be removed.

AGP Arms Modular Folding Brace Kit for Charger 22
The fit on the chassis couldn't be any better fitting as it's so tight you for a moment feel you would need a mallet but then it pops in. I love the design and colors of this kit and even added a couple additions including a quick release strap point so it works with a single point sling just before the folding part. My Ruger take down charger looks simply epic and the way it compacts into a 10" sling bag as a bug out gun is truly awesome.
