Introducing our RIFLE Generation 2 lightweight and compact Folding Stock assembly for all 10/22® designed rifles. This stock can be fitted to the standard 10/22® that we have all grown to love for decades and will also fit Ruger® Factory Takedown Model. This assembly features a right side folding stock with a push button latch that allows un-hindered operation for both right and left handed users. The comb height (cheek rest) is a little higher than stock and intended for use with aftermarket sights and optics.
The rear stock section incorporates a built-in convenient storage compartment captivated by a polymer end cap. You can choose no butt pad or we offer 1/2" and 1" butt pads that screw to the rear section.
The receiver section installs easily with one screw and features a pistol grip with contoured and textured finger grooves.
If you have a Ruger® Factory Takedown Rifle, the optional 7" handguard section installs easily to the Factory Barrel or .920 Bull Barrel with one screw. If you have a standard 10/22®, we designed a billet T-Block barrel retainer that incorporates the free float mounting of the 7" handguard section which can be used with both standard and bull barrels. We offer a Quick Disconnect socket standard on the bottom front of the handguard to allow a sling or quick detach mount for accessories such as a bipod or foregrip. Optional with the handguard are one or two Picatinny Rail attachments with seven slots to allow standard flashlight, red dot, and other accessories. We also offer our handguard machined to accept Magpul's X-22 Optic Mount as an option.
All parts are constructed with Glass Filled Nylon for the utmost in strength.
Equipped with one common QD Sling Swivel Socket mount installed in the front of the Butt Stock. We offer an optional additional QD Socket.

Great stock
Finally got to install the stock on my 10/22 takedown. I couldn't be happier with the results fits perfect, just wish y'all had a replacement piece for the barrel section also to complete the gun.

More pros than cons
Pros - 1.Good tight receiver fit. 2.Well dressed edges. 3.Nice shoulder stock lock-up 4.Well fit recoil pad. 5.Nice comb height for scope use. 6.Lighter than the factory stock. Cons - 1.Shoulder stock should fold to the other side unless your left handed. 2.The gap between the AGP and the factory fore stock is a bit large but acceptable. 3.The comb is a bit high for iron sights

Very Compact
Was very pleased with it's size and quality. A but pad is needed for length of stock. I made a custom pad out of neoprene and works great. Would recommend this to all 10/22 owners.

Great add-on
I received my folding stock for the 10/22 takedown within a week of order. I needed to lightly sand in inside of the stock to fit the receiver and to allow the magazines to drop out. The 1 inch buttpad was a good addition! I very happy with the product and the seller!

Ruger 10/22 take down with AGP stock
This is a Great up grade for the 10/22 T/D, the fit was perfect, the quality is superb, it locks up nice and tight, I would definitely recommend this stock, and the shipping was super fast

Love this thing
Solid construction. I don't see the problem with a plastic "latch," as it's strong enough as it is and metal would just make it heavier in backpacking. Being a stickler for detail, I used a dremel to smooth down "flash" from the molding of this stock in order to make it more smooth and perfect. Also, the plastic latch wouldn't snap into place smoothly, so a little polishing made this smooth as well. This particular version is for the breakdown 10/22, I like this so much I'm going to do this for my other, original 10/22. Thanks gang!

Great stock!
Easy to install. I was amazed how small the package was when it arrived. Very quick delivery. Rifle fits in factory bag ok with this stock. Pistol grip is nice.
